Paid Leave & Holidays - We offer our employees 10 paid holidays (New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King, Jr., Washington’s Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day (4th of July), Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day). Annual leave is accrued at 3.08 hours per pay period for the first two years of employment (10 days), 5.00 hours per pay period for 3 to 5 years of employment (15 days), 6.76 hours per pay period beginning the sixth year (20 days).
Tuition Reimbursement - We offer our employees tuition reimbursement up to $3,000 annually for higher education. Courses taken must be approved under the Individual Development Plan (IDP).
